ISIAQ Olajide, Olarinde (FNSE) the Aare-Musulumi of Ifon-Orolu Kingdom join well-wishers to congratulates you my brother Nurudeen Akolade Kareem Eqs., an astute lawyer, intellectually sound, smart, determined and the patriotic Ifon Progressive Union (IPU) General Secretary. I rejoice with you on your well deserved appointment as the Special Adviser on Legal Matters to His Excellency Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State. Your dedication, competence, and skills have not gone unnoticed and I believe you will excel in this significant role. 

Nurudeen Akolade, Kareem's competence, dedication, skills, demonstrated during his undergraduate days as the Student Union President of Osun State College of Education Ila-Orangun makes him a standout leader. His passion for good governance and transparency and openness to all is second to non. 

Appointing qualified youth to key political and government positions is vital for the progress of a town and thats what brings in more value and prospect to a town. It brings fresh perspectives, energy, innovative ideas and fostering dynamic development. Having youth representation ensures a more inclusive governance that resonates with the evolving needs of the community. Conversely, neglecting youth in such roles hampers progress, leading to a setback. It denies the community the advantage of diverse voices and limits the potential for positive change. Inclusive appointments empower the youth, shaping a brighter future for the town. 

I also use this medium to express our sincere appreciation to His Excellency for consistently considering and appointing individuals from Orolu, showcasing a commitment to diversity and inclusion. As proud indigenes of Orolu, we assure you of our unwavering support for your government.

Your Excellency, your political party the People Democratic Party (PDP) has always proved beyond reasonable doubt to Ifon-Orolu Kingdom that we matters with justifiable appointments made so far from Orolunians and we still appeal for more, 

History of the past administrations of People Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State during the regime of His Excellency Prince Olagunsoye Asola Oyinlola, we enjoined full dividends of democracy with total inclusion in the governance of the State ranging from key appointment namely Commissioner, Special Adviser, OSIEC Members and several Board members. 

Furthermore, I urge all political office holders and all political parties should always think first of our great town in places where decisions are been made, let shun the habit of " trading our people prospect and right to other communities in exchange for what doesn't had value to our community" while I also  appeal to those representing Orolu to be exemplary ambassadors of Ifon Orolu. Your actions and dedication can bring more political positions to our beloved Orolu kingdom.
