𝘼𝙖𝙧𝙚-𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙞 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙛𝙤𝙣-𝙊𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙪 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙙𝙤𝙢: 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮:

Aare-Musulumi of Ifon-Orolu Kingdom: Call for Peace and Unity: Aare-Musulumi of Ifon-Orolu Kingdom Stands Against Unrest and Destruction of properties.

In the face of ongoing unrest and the destruction of my peoples properties in Ifon-Orolu by the Ilobu community, I condemned this act in totality as we are one no matter the indifference, our history and relations we shared should be much more valued and should always come first in any action we will be engaging.

I, Aare-Musulumi of Ifon-Orolu Kingdom, Aare Engr. Prince Alhaji. ISIAQ Olajide, Olarinde (FNSE) firmly stand for peace, unity, and dialogue. Violence only thrives in an environment devoid of love and harmony. Hence, I humbly call upon all traditional and religious leaders to come together, embrace peaceful dialogue, and work towards resolving the conflicts that have plagued our communities.

I like to share with both communities "The Power of Peaceful Dialogue": As a community leader and advocate for peaceful coexistence, I Aare Engr. Prince Alhaji. ISIAQ Olajide, Olarinde (FNSE) firmly believe that conflicts can be resolved through constructive engagement and open dialogue. It is through peaceful discussions that we can understand each other's perspectives, address grievances, and find common ground for a harmonious future. 

Embracing Unity in Diversity :-Ifon-Orolu and Ilobu communities have a rich history and share numerous mutual engagements which is not limited to inter-city marriage cultural, social, and economic ties. It is essential to recognize and celebrate our shared heritage while respecting our differences. Our diversity should be a source of strength, fostering understanding, cooperation, and mutual respect. 

Role of Traditional and Religious Leaders: Traditional and religious leaders hold significant influence within our communities. It is crucial for these esteemed figures to take up the mantle of peacebuilding and reconciliation. By promoting tolerance, understanding, and forgiveness, we can set a positive example for our followers and contribute to the restoration of peace. 

Promoting Community Engagement: A sustainable path to peace requires the active participation of community members. I urge the youth, elders, women, and all stakeholders to engage in peaceful discussions, identify common goals, and work collectively towards achieving them. Community dialogues, town hall meetings, and mediation sessions can serve as platforms for fostering understanding and reconciliation. 

Building Trust and Healing Wounds: To pave the way for lasting peace, it is imperative to address the situation that led to the wounds inflicted by past conflicts and the ongoing conflict without anyone taking sides and be truthful in decision making. This involves acknowledging grievances, seeking forgiveness, and working towards reconciliation. Through genuine efforts to rebuild trust, we can lay the foundation for a peaceful and prosperous future for both Ifon-Orolu and Ilobu communities. 

Collaboration with Security Agencies : In our quest for peace, we must also recognize the role of security agencies in maintaining law and order, and I must sincerely thank all our security operatives for their key roles in maintaining good relation and restoring peace within the communities.

I like to seize this avenue to call upon the relevant authorities to continue ensure the deployment of adequate security personnel to prevent further violence and protect the lives and properties of our people. Collaboration between community leaders and security agencies is vital for effective conflict resolution and the restoration of peace. 

Conclusively, violence and destruction only serve to deepen the wounds and widen the divide between communities. As the Aare-Musulumi of Ifon-Orolu Kingdom, I stand as a proponent of peace, unity, and dialogue. I urge all traditional and religious leaders to join hands in embracing peaceful dialogue, fostering understanding, and working towards resolving the conflicts between Ifon-Orolu and Ilobu communities. Together, we can build a future where harmony, love, and respect flourish, ensuring the prosperity and well-being of all our people.
